Ordering Information
Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we never store your credit card information. You may also fax your credit card information to 617.326.3277 or call us at 617.391.6230 to place an order. Please do NOT send your credit card information over email.

Sales Tax
Massachusetts residents will have 6.25% sales tax automatically added to their order.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and most in-stock items ship within 3 business days of the order date. Backordered items will include expected ship date in product description and your entire order will be shipped as soon as it can be completed to minimize shipping costs, packaging and fuel. Please note that orders placed with FedEx Standard Overnight will ship the same day if placed before 1 PM EST otherwise will ship the next business day. For additional shipping options, please call 617.391.6230 to place your order.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which includes your tracking number (if applicable). If your order shipped USPS First-Class Mail tracking may not be available and USPS provides confirmation of delivery only. Please be aware that USPS tracking often consists of only two statuses: “The USPS was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing” and “Your package was delivered”.

Domestic Transit Times
USPS First-Class: 2-9 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days

FedEx Ground: 1-7 business days
FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day

International Transit Times
USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail International: 2-4 weeks

FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days
FedEx International Economy: 5 business days
FedEx International Ground (Canadian Destinations Only): 2-7 business days

These transit estimates are approximate and do not take into account order processing. Only FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight transit times can be guaranteed and please note that due to the large and irregular size, yardage shipments may have extended delivery times via USPS.

If shipping outside of the US, duty taxes and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Yardage Lead-Times
Yardage orders under 10 linear yards of stock colors ship from Boston, USA (depending on availability) within 4 business days of order placement. Larger quantities, out-of-stock and special order colors ship from Germany and have a 6-8 week lead-time via sea freight or a 2-3 week lead-time via air. Please contact us to check current stock availability and ordering options.

Returns
We do not accept returns on any felt by the yard or custom orders.

Returns on accessories, flooring, pillows or tabletop items are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. All clearance sales are final, no returns or credit. Products must be returned in perfect, unused condition in the original shipping package. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable and all returns must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.

Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers are sent to registered customers via email. We may offer a specific dollar discount, percentage off or free shipping. Discount vouchers can be redeemed against any purchase for a limited time. Please enter your “Discount Code” in the space provided during the checkout process.

Sample Request
We currently offer 1″ × 2″ felt samples of our 2mm, 3mm, and 5mm wool felt for purchase on our website. Please check our shop for options and to make a purchase. If you need a larger size sample or a sample of a particular special order colorway, feel free to contact us.
