A developer’s headquarters communes with nature
At the corporate headquarters of Massachusetts-based property developer, WS Development, Elkus Manfredi Architects took cues from a nearby wooded reservoir with natural materials including various wood species. At the café, live-edge maple counters flirt with distressed leather-upholstered club chairs and the expansive window wall is softened with Polka 120 Light Drapery. Fitting right in with a 100% natural, undyed wool colorway, this graphic drapery provides a dramatic wall of pattern. The custom-sized drapery panels allow 40 percent of light and filtered view through while providing necessary shading in the sun-filled space.
