Our Response to COVID-19

Spinneybeck | FilzFelt remains operational across all our facilities and manufacturing partners. We are well-stocked and 4-8 months of leather, felt, and raw materials needed for our architectural products in Getzville, New York to support all our clients’ needs. We currently have project orders going directly to government offices and healthcare facilities at the front lines and are now doing our part to produce medical masks as well as fabric masks for non-medical use.

Working from home? We’re happy to ship samples directly to your home by contacting your local Spinneybeck | FilzFelt representative or by calling 800.482.7777.

The health of our associates and clients is our number one priority and we are committed to providing the safest possible environment. Here’s what we are doing to prevent the spread of illness:

Implementing Smart Working Options

It is important to our associates, clients, and suppliers that our day-to-day operations remain open. To ensure that we continue to work with everyone’s health and wellness in mind, we have:

+ Initiated split shifts at our manufacturing facilities to limit number of employees in the facility at any one time and ensure safe social distancing.
+ Terminated travel within North American and international travel outside North America.
+ Coordinated remote working solutions for our associates.
+ Visitors are currently not allowed in our manufacturing facilities and offices.
+ We have stepped up cleaning protocols throughout our facilities.

Mask Production

We are working with our manufacturing partners to provide medical masks to the state of New Hampshire for distribution to medical facilities and fabric masks for non-medical use. We expect to deliver a minimum of 125,000 masks over the next 4–6 weeks.

Encouraging Social Distancing

We are open for business; however, we have canceled all client-related, industry and community gatherings for groups.

If there is anything we can do to support you during this unprecedented time, please let us know. We really are all in this together.
