At Cushman & Wakefield in Washington DC, HGA’s team sought to include a boatload of collaborative and social spaces in an inviting office space. The design focuses on finishes in warm colors and natural materials, including acoustic felt wall tiles. Hive 1 modular tiles in the semi-private banquettes go up in a jiffy, but create a wall of continuous patterning and sound softening.
